Hatha-yoga

Hatha yoga is a little younger than classical yoga - it is 1200 years old. Over the past century, it has spread around the world, including on the Internet. Therefore, hatha yoga is often understood as “yoga”.

However, the goals of hatha yoga do not go to the level of feelings and thinking, its tasks are to improve the body and the ability to work with the etheric body, to feel the energy component of oneself.

In our hatha yoga classes, we weave knowledge of anatomy and yoga therapy, as well as energy work techniques.
